This is a curved insert that makes the depth of the Baby Boss varied from center outwards. Helpful if you find that sometimes flat edges are uncomfortable for you due to skin grabbing on your smaller fingers. Expect to lift slightly less using this insert as the outer fingers will not be able to produce as much force. However some customers prefer this trade off for the added comfort!
Is easily insert and removed. An indentation on the upper half offers a finger catch to pull it out after you're done using it. A flexure keeps it in place while in use!
