The Zodd (Ergonomic Trainer)

Our long anticipated ergonomic training edge!
This has been months in the making testing other designs that are out there and we settled on the least complicated shape with the most amount of versatility. The concept of an ergonomic edge is still fresh but it's unlikely you'll ever regret having a beautifully round hold with a generous edge radius. Also, while it may look simple it still checks all the boxes of competitive ergonomic trainers with added benefits!
Features:
- 30mm starting edge depth with our most generous edge radius yet!
- Flexure style inserts to train smaller hold size or just find your most comfortable depth. Unique shape holds the inserts in place but still easily removable with one hand.
- "Serrated" hold on the back to help train finger adduction by squeezing rounded serrations inward with the fingers.
- Corners can be used for mono training or testing individual finger strength.
- Symmetrical arc allows for positioning fingers left or right of center to bias training effect to either side of the hand to help train up your weaker fingers or offload injured fingers.
The Aluminum Advantage: Yes, aluminum is more easily washable (soap and water in the sink is usually enough to freshen it up. Yes, aluminum is many times stronger than the wood or plastic other training devices are made of (we've been sent more broken hangboard pictures than we would have ever imagined). However, the real unsung hero of these boards is the integrated eyelet that is really only well executed in a metal hangboard. The eyelet is tucked up nice and close to the fingers which is very important to shorter climbers out there lifting from the floor but nice for anyone that wants a specific length (you cant delete length from something that's too long but you can add length to something that starts short). Then, with the eyelet being a solid attachment point and fixed more forward on the hangboard you will notice that each and every pull feels the same. Unlike when cordage is used, where the carabiner is free to float from side to side easily making it difficult to center. With all that the icing on the cake is that you'll find that the texture is also much better than any plastic or wood hangboard as well!

I love how effectively it trains my fingers. It feels great and is portable. The ergonomics are vastly superior to flat-edge fingerboards; I can engage my pinky without having to compromise my longer fingers. Also love the Fingers of Fury sticker that was thrown in!!! Thanks!!!
This hanger offers a lot of great features. It can take a bit if time to figure out how to use it so it works best for your hand, but once you do it feels great. Compact, versatile and strong.
